Welcome to the journal. This is where I’ll write the stories behind the photos — where they were taken, what I was chasing, and the odd technical note.
Why a posts section
Galleries show the what. Posts are for the why and the how: the pre-dawn drive, the wrong lens in the bag, the light that only lasted ninety seconds.
You can use all the usual Markdown here:
- Bold and italic text
- Lists, quotes, and headings
- Links to a collection
The best camera is the one you have with you — but a warm coffee at 5am helps too.
Because this file is Markdown (.md), it’s just text you can edit directly. Rename
the file to .mdx if you ever want to drop in custom components or HTML for a
richer layout.
